Each of our technicians are long term employees who have been individually selected for their strengths. They live locally, are raising their own families, in and around Santa Barbara, are proud of what they do and what we do collectively as a company.

They view the properties they work on, as their own projects that require active management and overseeing. Each team member values the relationships they share with their clients, knowing that they're a part of each customer’s life. Clay Hunt, President & Owner
Along with overseeing general operations, Clay takes a keen interest in how to best care for our clients’ needs. Clay brings more than 20 years of experience in the pool industry but it’s his love for people and his respect for client and team relationships, is what has had the greatest effect on the business and company culture.
